|Recommended: YesSad to move — Unfortunatly I had to move with my children to change schools but wish we could have stayed. The grounds always were clean and safe. But the hardest part of leaving was how amazing the staff was. They helped me thru covid, tough times and you don't find that much. I have never had a better landlord property management staff especially DeShawn.

The only downfall is the parking availability, other then that I would say this place is definitely the perfect place to call home

|Recommended: YesGreat location and awesome community — I've only been here for about 6 months so can't necessarily speak to super long term, that said so far all the interactions I've had with the staff and the community have been exceptional. The apartment itself was nice, lots of shelving and storage crannies so even in the smaller square foot apartments it doesn't feel too cramped There's a large shopping area about a 10 minute walk away which has everything you could want and bike paths all around so a great place for a bike commuter. Overall an awesome experience so far

|Recommended: YesNice apartment at a affordable price — This is a nice apartment for a affordable price, slightly old but well maintained. Reasonable pricing, pet friendly and lawns cleanly maintained. Friendly staff that is quick in responding back. Love the frequent trash pick up by the door, I live on the 3rd floor so I am very pleased with this service. Only complain I have is, there are too many flies outside the apartment.

|Recommended: YesBetter than expected — I had moved in December 2021 with my now roommates. There is the occasional annoyance of neighbors being loud. Which I believe is just a normal thing living in apartments. Although there are days where the landscape is being tended to starting before 9 am which is rather unpleasant if you were to be a 3rd shift worker. Speaking of landscaping, the lawns and greenery are very well kept. This isn’t the apartments doing it’s then tenants, I see more and more often that tenants are not picking up after there dogs. It’s quite ridiculous when bags and bins are provided for such things. I would be careful with your pets to be sure they don’t contract anything from irresponsible owners. Parking on the other hand is wonderful until after 9 pm. There are little to no spots available to park. Overall though I would say this is a great place to live
