|Recommended: NoDo not recommend living here find anywhere else — Horrible communication they actually ignore you, especially when their negligence causes a medical emergency for you and your children. They take no accountability. They stop answering calls. They quite frankly ignore you and tell you they can't say much. They lie when they say they tried to get a hold of you to fix something I stayed home all week waiting for maintenance to show up to fix something and not once did they knock, but it was funny because they would always put attempted except they did not attempt and I actually have call records of me calling this company multiple times whether it was maintenance related or I needed help with something they're awful at communication

|Recommended: YesLiving here — Having trouble with people parking in our assigned paid for spots. Refrigerator to small and so far is not keeping food as cold as it should-set on coldest setting, tried the 3 and 4 setting but were not cold enough so went to the coldest. Shower pull out on bath tub faucet does not fully engage so a lot of the water still flows out of faucet right into drain. So far, I still love my new apartment and yes I would recommend. Just a new place with some quirks
