|Recommended: YesSafer and Quieter Than Portland — Moved here to be able to sell our condo. Quieter, feels safer, and great, convenient location. Staff has been great, too I'm just too quick for their portal updates, and I ask for too many repairs for them to keep up. Just wish that our assigned, paid-for carport was actually where our apartment is located, and that our apartment had had all the maintenance issues worked out before we moved in, plus whoever painted this apartment did not know how to paint or protect the walls, flooring, etc. I take great pride in ensuring homes I sell look better than when I get them, and I guess I expected the same from this complex after seeing the model apartment.

|Recommended: NoI've lived here for seven years and while the place looks nice from afar, the grounds are disgusting. Almost no one picks up after their dogs here. There are constantly piles of excrement everywhere. Everywhere. I don't even want my dogs to walk in the grass here is so vile. Management does nothing to enforce clean-up. I can't tell you how nasty it is to have to walk the complex daily. The garbage service is garbage. Parking is a pain unless you pay for a garage or covered spot.
Please accept our apologies for your experience, as it seems we fell short.

|Recommended: YesNew move in — We love it here. I like the warmth of the staff they make you feel at home. Everything is always done in a timely manner. I love the cleanliness and all them amenities. We’re in a three bedroom apartment and if it’s our family perfect. We have met most of the neighbors and they are nice. 10 out of 10 would Recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesAmazing, minor issue. — Absolutely in love with our new place. Love the natural light in the homes. Only issues is the walk way to our door always has leakage from trash.

|Recommended: YesBest community I have lived in — This is by far the best community I have lived in the staff, work with you as much as they possibly can there communication is ridiculously on point, the property manager is just amazing, the office staff are so welcoming and friendly, the maintenance is so quick and good at what they do. This place has so many community events is very homey there's just so so much you can say about this place it's great I littlery love it here

|Recommended: NoI currently live here at Sterling Heights and have since December 2022, Rebekah the Property Manager, and the leasing agents are SUPER nice, overwhelmingly nice and I would give them all 10 stars, however.. DaShon Stevenson the current Assistant Property Manager as of 9 14 2023 Has been the Assistant Property Manager for a while is the literal epitome of the definition SLUMLORD
I am in a rut right now being unemployed, have kept Rebekah and DaShon up to date with the hundreds of job applications I've done, calling every rental assistance place to help with my 30-day notice, having unemployment be backed up that I am still waiting on unemployment benefits, and DaShon on 9 13 2023 at 4 31PM asked me straight up if I wanted to start the Vacate process, because if this gets pushed to court... And-I-Quote... I will lose and it's better to vacate than get evicted There is more but can't post it all.

|Recommended: YesMoving in — They said they would clean everything but they just replaced the carpet which is great . Other than that, staff has been great. A bit of back and forth on when things would be ready, but I prefer they take their time to make sure everything is good and right. So I appreciate that a lot.

The Manger was outstanding, kind, and helping us with our needs and a fast dead line.. We would highly recommend them to anyone. During our stay, management attend to our needs very fast, kept property great and mad it feel like a HOME
