|Recommended: YesBest place to live on Vancouver — This is a great place to live. Friendly staff And always willing to go the extra distance for the tenants. Maintenance department are quick and very responsive. The location is great because it's a quiet neighborhood but yet close to all shopping needs.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, homey, great community — I've only lived here for 4 months, but so far it has been amazing The staff is do attentive and helpful, the maintanence people answer your request so fast. We love it here, only downfall would be how hot it gets in the upstairs but with a fan everything is good. other than that everything is a 10

I love that this is now a gated community and the appearance of the appartments is well kept up. Parking is my only negative comment. It is hard to find open parking a lot of the time and if you have guests over, it makes that very difficult.
|Recommended: YesLovely place — Very nice place. Calm. Convenient. Clean. Pretty fast through-the-app maintenance and payments. The only drawback lack of parking spots. You have to pay for a covered spot or garage , free uncovered spots are limited. The rest is the best
