|Recommended: YesVery well maintained,property with office and maintaince staff courteous professional — For apartment living, my experience has been outstanding.. maintenance issues have always been handled promptly and professionally, recent exercise room upgrades are top quality and I have been gym rat entire adult life, General manager is friendly and helpful and her. Office staff is always a great visit and feel welcomed and liked by all involved.. will only move if and when I purchase my own property.

I only wish others would be responsible for pet waste and taking care of their drink containers and such and not leave them laying around. — I really like living here. We do hear our upstairs neighbors more than I expected we would. Neighbors are friendly. I feel safe. Really enjoy our apt and deck Management is easy to work with and maintenance has been great.

Maintenance department are quick and very responsive. The location is great because it's a quiet neighborhood but yet close to all shopping needs.
