|Recommended: YesCleanly and the staff is wonderful — Great overall - but dang, parking out here is rough if you don't have a covered spot. I have had times where I've parked clear on the other side of the complex and have had to walk to the complete other side, but a little exercise never hurt anyone. Just not looking forward to it when it starts to rain

|Recommended: YesThe property is very well kept — Living here is nice, it is close to everything and is relatively inexpensive. Its in a nice residential area. I have not encountered any problems with Sterling Heights.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to call home — I've lived at Sterling Height for over five years and couldn't be happier.. Any maintenance issues I've had have been addressed in a timely manner usually within 24 hours if not the same day.. The grounds and apartment buildings are well maintained and up to date not run down looking like the vast majority of the places I've seen in the Vancouver Portland area.. The leasing office staff has been great, I feel that they take the time to know the residents and have always been courteous knowledgeable and helpful whenever I've had reason to interact or just stop by to say hello.. The times I've had maintenance issues the maintenance crew have been awesome and have gone out of their way to help me whenever I needed assistance. I've lived in 2 different apartments at Sterling Height and was lucky to get a carport in both units as parking is tight, but in reviews of other apartment complex's I've noticed parking is often is the most common complaint mentioned.
The only two reasons I'd move from Sterling Height would be due to buying a house or having relocate out of the area..

|Recommended: YesWonderful — Living here is wonderful. However, sometimes there are added fees onto my rent and I'm not told why. never exceeds 40 . Overall, my experience living here since April 1st, 2018 has been great. I enjoy the quiet patio in my quaint 1 bedroom.

|Recommended: YesSterling Heights is Great — I have lived at Sterling Heights for two years and had nothing but positive experiences. Maintenance is very on top of any issue you have. Management has always been friendly and helpful. I recommend paying for a parking spot it is well worth it, then you never have to worry about finding a spot. The complex is always very clean and neighbors have always been quite and kind. I feel very safe at Sterling Heights and would recommend these apartments to anyone.
