|Recommended: YesReally well run, lots of plus's — I think the one bedroom apartment is very well appointed, with lots of space and the layout is nice. The staff have been great, and very responsive. I like the location, easy to get on off the 205 and HWY 14. Been here only a few weeks, but so far very quiet.

|Recommended: YesClean, Respectful Community — My husband and I enjoy living at Sterling Heights. The ground are always clean, the parking near us is always available and our neighbors are quiet. We feel safe here and enjoy the community. We also love the perks of the fitness room, pool and hot tub. All of the staff have been very friendly and approachable and can help us with anything.
The one drawback is that our apartment gets cold even with the heat on. We are above a garage so maybe that's why. Either way, we enjoy the space

|Recommended: YesSafe, friendly clean, quiet. the staff is very helpful. Rent is reasonable — I feel safe here . I have a few disabilities and the staff is helpful but not invasive. We really like the accessibility not only the grounds but the location for shopping, restaurants, doctors and freeways. Sterling Heights is to close to everything but feels private. The apartment is spacious and has great storage. The kitchen is open and very functional. We love it here

|Recommended: YesWell maintained — Nice place to live, very kept up to date and problems fixed quick as well. Only issue is parking after 7pm hard to find a spot if you don't buy a pass.

Not a lot of parking in the section I am located and no under cover spots available close by to purchase either. Overall though I would recommend to a friend
