At IDM Companies, we are committed to doing our part to maintain the health and wellbeing of our community, staff, residents, and visitors. Currently, we are following all CDC recommendations and local mandates.
 
Visitors and Future Residents: Our offices are open to in-person tours, but we also offer virtual tour options for your convenience. Reach out to the community directly to know what touring options are available. 
 
Current Residents: We are here for you to help with package delivery, emergency maintenance requests and any questions or concerns you may have during this time. Our office staff are available to meet with open doors, but you can always reach out to us by phone, email, or the resident portal if there is a need. We will continue to keep the lines of communication open and send updates as local regulations can change quickly.

Up to 2 pets are allowed, with a combined maximum weight of 100 LBs; $250.00 pet deposit, $250.00 pet nonrefundable fee, plus a $25.00 monthly pet rent, per pet will be charged. Any dog of a perceived vicious breed (or mixture thereof) will not be allowed; e.g. Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow, Doberman, Akita, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Malamute or Husky. Caged and exotic animals are restricted.

  • Smoking is not allowed on property; smoking must take place off premises.

We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.
